Convo Media launches StoryVideo to link CTV and mobile
The format pairs TV commercials with supporting content, giving advertisers a way to extend campaigns on mobile screens.

Convo Media has launched StoryVideo, a connected TV advertising format that pairs TV commercials with supporting content and extends campaigns to mobile.
Available through Convo’s partnership with Index Exchange, the offering gives advertisers access to CTV inventory across Foxtel, BINGE, Kayo, Fetch TV, ESPN, SBS, Tubi, Samsung, Plex, LG, TCL, Hisense and VIDAA.
The format places bespoke content frames alongside a brand’s television commercial, highlighting product stories, selling points and supporting messages. Developed from Convo’s Mobile StoryWalk unit, the frames are designed to give viewers more information during the ad, with complementary mobile content providing opportunities to explore the brand further.
Extending the television campaign
Convo Media CEO Monique Harris said StoryVideo was designed to extend campaign value beyond the television screen.
“Television is a powerful place to capture attention. The opportunity is to make that moment work harder and give audiences a reason to continue engaging,” Harris said.
“StoryVideo combines the storytelling impact of TV creative with supporting graphics that bring key selling points into focus. Designed around dual-screen viewing habits, it carries that story into mobile experiences where audiences can explore the brand in more detail.”
For brands and agencies, the offering adds another way to adapt existing creative across screens, combining television exposure with more detailed product and brand content on mobile.

Taking social creative beyond the platforms
The launch follows Convo’s introduction of Social StoryWalk, which adapts brands’ existing social creative for distribution across premium publishers and digital out-of-home environments.
The unit extends campaigns beyond platforms such as Meta and TikTok, including into article environments relevant to an advertiser’s message.
“There’s a tendency to think that content that performs well on social media should only be boosted within those same platforms. But the opportunity to amplify strong creative extends well beyond big tech,” Harris said.
“Social StoryWalk gives that content a life outside social, helping brands reach audiences across premium publishers and digital out-of-home without complex creative production or cross-team workflows.”
Together, the two formats expand Convo’s advertising offering across desktop, mobile, social, digital out-of-home and CTV. Brands and agencies can adapt existing creative for each environment, with a single point of contact managing and optimising campaigns.
“AI is making it easier for brands and agencies to produce more content. That makes where it runs, the context around it and how it performs even more important. Our full suite of formats helps creative travel further and work harder,” Harris concluded.
