Omnicom Media Australia appoints Matt Northey as Head of Education and Experience
The former TikTok APAC education lead will oversee career development, employee experience and leadership across Omnicom.

Omnicom Media Australia has appointed Matt Northey as Head of Education and Experience.
Northey joins from TikTok, where he was APAC Head of Global Education and supported Global Business Solutions across nine markets.
In the new role, Northey will oversee career development and employee experience at Omnicom Media Australia, while supporting transformation initiatives across the business. His remit also includes developing pathways for career growth and leadership.
Northey joins from TikTok
At TikTok, Northey worked with commercial leaders on education programs covering seller capability, product knowledge, client engagement and go-to-market execution.
He has previously held learning and development roles at Urbis, Heinemann Asia Pacific and Emirates.

Investment in staff development
The appointment follows Omnicom Oceania's partnership with Mark Ritson, which will provide more than 1,000 employees with access to MiniMBA programs.
