Andrea Martens: ‘It’s about giving marketing leaders the clarity and tools to shape what’s next and drive meaningful impact.’

The Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA) has added AG1 CMO Paulie Dery and Blackmores Group CMO Joanne Smith to the speaker line-up for ADMA Global Forum 2025.

They join previously announced speakers including futurist Tom Goodwin, business leader Todd Sampson, and MECCA CMO Kate Blythe. The event’s theme, Elevate – Marketing’s Next Horizon, will explore topics such as building agile teams, customer experience, leveraging compliance, and driving growth in a data-driven environment.

Paulie Dery, former brand leader at YETI and Uber, will deliver a keynote on “identity-first brands” and how purpose-led storytelling can build global movements. He will share insights from his time at YETI and his current role at AG1.

Joanne Smith and Warren Mackay-Smith, GM of AI Health Lab at Blackmores Group, will present a virtual closing keynote on the role of data, innovation, and capability in building high-performing marketing teams.

Andrea Martens, CEO of ADMA, said: “This year’s Global Forum is shaping up to be our strongest yet, with Paulie Dery and Joanne Smith elevating an already exceptional program.

“From global brand leaders who have transformed some of the world’s most recognisable brands, to experts advancing capability, compliance, change and the ever-increasing and evolving role of AI, the Forum is designed to meet the moment and help marketers lead with confidence.”

“We see Global Forum 2025 as a defining moment for marketing – where ambition meets action. It’s about giving marketing leaders the clarity and tools to shape what’s next and drive meaningful impact.”

The program will also include an interactive regulatory session on the acceptable limits of personalisation in a privacy-focused environment, featuring Peter Leonard and Sarla Fernando from ADMA’s Regulatory and Privacy Working Group.

Other confirmed speakers include senior marketers from MECCA, NAB, PepsiCo, and Optus. The full agenda and additional announcements will be released soon. The event offers in-person tickets as well as flexible streaming options.
