The campaign, created with oOh!media and Accenture Song, uses Airwallex’s FX infrastructure and Forex API to stream live exchange rate movements across oOh!media’s digital OOH network.
OOH creative changes with the market
POLY, oOh!media’s creative and innovation hub, developed a custom integration connecting Airwallex’s FX platform directly with oOh!media’s digital assets. It means campaign content can update automatically when exchange rates change.
The work is designed to demonstrate Airwallex’s technology rather than simply advertise its foreign exchange capabilities. It also shows how live data can make digital OOH creative more responsive to its surroundings and audience.
Mark Fairhurst, chief revenue officer at oOh!media, said: “Airwallex isn’t just reaching business leaders, it’s using digital OOH to deliver relevant messaging in environments where these audiences are engaged and receptive.

“Research shows that when content is displayed in the right context, brain response increases by 32%, reinforcing the role premium office environments play in capturing attention and driving stronger brand recall among influential audiences.”

Airwallex targets business audiences
The campaign also includes short-form client testimonials and case studies across oOh!media’s Office network and the national Qantas Business and Club Lounge network.
Airwallex is using those environments to reach business travellers and professionals, with the longer dwell times allowing for more detailed brand storytelling alongside the live FX creative.
Jen Snell, Airwallex ANZ marketing director, said: “Businesses operating globally make decisions in real time, so we want our advertising to reflect the same reality. Rather than talking about foreign exchange, we want to demonstrate it.
“By bringing live FX data into premium business environments, we're showing how Airwallex helps businesses navigate global markets while also demonstrating the flexibility of our platform and API infrastructure.”
