CEO comments

Peter Horgan

Peter Horgan, CEO of JOY, said the appointments reflect the agency’s ambition to drive commercial outcomes for clients.

“Driving real business growth today demands strategic clarity, commercial acumen and performance precision. It requires teams who can connect insight to action and strategy to execution across the entire marketing ecosystem,” Horgan said.

“At JOY, our focus is clear. We exist to accelerate growth for our clients. That means going beyond activity and outputs to deliver measurable commercial impact.

“Importantly, these appointments reflect the kind of talent drawn to JOY — people who want to do commercially meaningful work, make an impact for clients and accelerate their own growth in the process. That ambition and accountability ultimately benefits the brands we partner with.”
