Omnicom Media has launched Hearts United, a new global media agency combining its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks, with Hearts & Science set to adopt the new brand in Australia.

Under Omnicom Media’s previously announced Australian ownership and operating model, Hearts United and Mediahub Australia will continue to operate as separate agencies locally.

The global combination brings together two agency networks spanning 40 markets and representing approximately $9.1 billion in 2025 billings.

Hearts United launches globally

Hearts United formed after growth across both networks between 2021 and 2025, when Hearts & Science increased billings by 50%, and Mediahub grew 33%.

Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski said the combination brought together the strengths of both businesses.

“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” Adamski said.

“In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

According to COMvergence real-time dashboard data supplied by Omnicom Media, Hearts United currently ranks first in the US for year-to-date total new business, with $294 million in wins minus losses, including retentions.

It ranks third globally and across EMEA, with $567 million and $242 million respectively.

AI and client outcomes shape agency model

Hearts United will operate around four principles covering client outcomes, AI, media ecosystems and senior-led teams.

The agency said its commercial model would more closely link performance to client growth, while AI would be embedded across workflows to increase capacity and give staff more time for higher-value work.

Teams will also plan across platforms, creators, communities and commerce rather than treating individual channels separately.

Hearts United joins OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM within Omnicom Media’s agency portfolio and will have access to the group’s data, technology, identity and commerce capabilities.

Leadership appointments

Nicole Estebanell, previously CEO of Mediahub US, will lead Hearts United in the US.

Ross Jenkins, who previously led Mediahub across EMEA, will head the agency in that region.

APAC and Latin American leadership appointments are expected to be announced in the fourth quarter.

The launch comes as Omnicom Media reports $4.1 billion in new client billings for 2026 year to date, with wins including Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.
