Time Under Tension wins Miele, Early Settler and Amotiv
The agency will deliver AI adoption programs, enterprise implementation, custom agents, training and workflow automation.

Time Under Tension has added Miele, Early Settler and Amotiv to its client roster following competitive pitches.
The generative AI agency will support the three brands with enterprise adoption, custom AI agents and workflow automation. The appointments reflect growing demand for practical AI tools that can improve efficiency, customer experience and marketing performance.
What the new client work covers
Time Under Tension’s remit includes AI adoption programs, ChatGPT Enterprise implementation, consulting, training and software delivery. The agency said clients are looking to move beyond isolated pilots and embed AI across their operations.
Tim O'Neill, co-founder of Time Under Tension, said organisational change must accompany the technical rollout of AI tools. “AI adoption has moved from a nice-to-have to a competitive necessity. The brands succeeding right now are the ones pairing genuine change management with real technical delivery, not just switching on a tool and hoping staff figure it out.”
Early Settler seeks business-wide AI adoption
Craig McKeown, chief executive officer of Early Settler, said the agency offered both strategic and technical capabilities. “Time Under Tension stood out because they could truly help us embed AI across our business while also building the solutions we actually need. It isn't just about strategy it’s about delivering something our teams can start using quickly and confidently.”
