‘Most dazzling creative talent’: Vogue Living and Mobilia’s VL50 Awards 2026 returns

The VL50 list spotlights leading talent across interior design, architecture, landscape design and product design.

Vogue Living has revealed the VL50 Awards 2026 presented by Mobilia, recognising the 50 most influential creatives shaping Australian design today.

Now in its third year with inaugural presenting partner Mobilia, the VL50 list spotlights leading talent across interior design, architecture, landscape design and product design, highlighting the individuals driving the future of Australian creativity.

Vogue Living Editor-in-Chief Rebecca Caratti said the VL50 reflects the country’s extraordinary creative depth.

“As we approach Vogue Living’s sixth decade, our commitment remains unwavering; to champion the voices, ideas and practices that define contemporary living,” Caratti said.

“The VL50 is a snapshot of Australia’s most dazzling creative talent – a mix of visionaries, rule-breakers and masters of materiality – celebrated for their commitment to the wider design community and indicative of this country’s extraordinary ability to punch far above its weight.”

She also acknowledged the role of partners Mobilia, Georg Jensen, Travel Associates, Range Rover and Jo Malone London in supporting the initiative.

Celebrating design’s cultural impact

Mobilia’s Commercial Director Mirella Scaramella said the partnership reflects a shared belief in design as a cultural force.

“At Mobilia, we see design as a powerful force in shaping contemporary living. Our partnership with Vogue Living for the VL50 Awards gives us the opportunity to celebrate the creatives redefining Australian design through innovation, craftsmanship, and enduring quality,” she said.

The VL50 Awards categories for 2026 include Interior Designer of the Year, Architect of the Year, Landscape Designer of the Year, Product Designer of the Year, Collectable Designer of the Year and Creative of the Year.

The awards will be presented at Sydney Town Hall on Thursday, February 26, with experiential agency The World Of producing the event alongside the News Corp Australia Events and Experiences team.

This year’s VL50 cohort is unveiled in Vogue Living’s March/April issue, on sale now, with category winners to be showcased in the May/June issue, available from May 4.
