In an Australian-first, Spotify has partnered with KFC to become the official sponsor of the Spotify Wrapped Top Australian Songs of 2023 Playlist, featuring a collection of 50 of Australia’s most streamed songs of the year.
Spotify Wrapped has also partnered with Black Star Pastry to design edible Dom Dolla gingerbread men. The limited-edition gingerbread men nod to Dom Dolla’s latest hit Eat Your Man ft. Nelly Furtado, and will be available for free from 8:00AM at Black Star Pastry in Sydney (Newtown) and Melbourne on Thursday.
As for the results, two local podcasts made it into the top five podcasts in Australia. iHeart’s Casefile: True Crime came in fourth, whilst The Inspired Unemployed rounded out the top five.
These podcasts trailed The Joe Rogan Experience, Call Her Daddy, and Huberman Lab.
