Jack Nimble has appointed Cleo Wyrill as Strategy & Creative Director, bringing the former Entropico creative leader into a newly created senior role as the agency expands its strategic and integrated capabilities.
Wyrill will work across Jack Nimble’s client portfolio, bringing strategy, creative direction and production together from the start of each brief. She will also help shape the agency’s creative product across social, content, brand and integrated campaigns.
Global Google experience
Wyrill joins after spending the past decade working across brands including Google, H&M, Meta, Square, Jaguar Land Rover, Afterpay and Broadsheet Media.
Most recently, she led creative direction and strategy at Entropico across Google’s global marketing initiatives. Her remit covered Google Search, Google Ads, AI and YouTube, with work spanning Australia, the US and EMEA.
That work included global product launches, integrated campaigns, AI initiatives and longer-term brand platforms.

Earlier in her career, Wyrill launched and led Broadsheet Media’s branded content division, building a commercial storytelling team focused on editorial-led creative work.
Jack Nimble backs the hybrid model
James McInnes, Managing Partner at Jack Nimble, said Wyrill’s ability to move between strategy and creative execution made her a strong fit for the agency.
“Cleo understands how to find the clear, human idea inside a complicated business or product problem,” McInnes said.
“Jack Nimble loves a hybrid thinker and we are so excited to have Cleo on board. She can move comfortably between brand strategy, creative direction and production, which is increasingly important as clients look for fewer gaps between the thinking and the making.
“Her experience across global brands, technology and culture will add real depth to both our clients and our team.”
Wyrill said Jack Nimble’s combination of strategy, creativity and in-house production was a key drawcard.
“I've always been drawn to teams where strategy, creativity and production work hand in hand. That's what makes Jack Nimble exciting to me, the ability to take strong thinking all the way through to making the work, without losing momentum or intent,” Wyrill said.
“Jack Nimble has built a model where ideas can be developed, made and adapted with speed, without losing the quality or intention behind them. I’m looking forward to helping the team solve complex problems with work that feels clear, relevant and human.”
The appointment comes as Jack Nimble continues to expand its work across always-on social, campaign development, creative production and brand strategy.
