INVNT bolsters APAC team with powerhouse production hires

The hires, alongside Fiona Pullen’s promotion to VP of production, APAC.

INVNT has appointed Darren Vaughan as director of production, Australia, and Stephen Davey as executive producer as the agency continues to expand across the Asia-Pacific region.

Vaughan brings more than 30 years of experience in media and live event production. He has held senior roles at Fourth Wall, Limelight Events and drv creative, leading award-winning campaigns for brands including Penfolds, Microsoft, Australia Post, The Walt Disney Company, Toyota and Cadbury.

His deep understanding of brand strategy, production and client service will enhance INVNT’s creative and operational capabilities across Australia.

Davey, best known for delivering high-impact, large-scale event experiences, has worked on live and televised events for the National Rugby League (NRL), including a long-standing role on the State of Origin series.

Most recently, he led production for the 2025 NRL Grand Final in Sydney, which featured a performance by Teddy Swims and set new broadcast viewership records.

These appointments coincide with the promotion of Fiona Pullen to vice president of production, APAC.

Laura Roberts, managing director, APAC at INVNT, said she was thrilled to welcome Vaughan and Davey to the team.

“Their leadership, experience and creative vision will be key as we continue pushing boundaries in live brand experiences,” she said.

“With Fiona leading regional production, our team is stronger than ever – positioned for even greater innovation and impact.”

INVNT has recently delivered brand experiences for clients such as Xero, Netflix, SAP and ByteDance, and produced this year’s AFC Asian Cup Draw Ceremony.
