Bailey steps into the ECD role after serving as senior creative director.

Innovation first brand storytelling agency INVNT has promoted Sarah Bailey to executive creative director (ECD) for the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in Singapore, Bailey will lead INVNT’s APAC creative team, overseeing culture-led brand experiences across physical, digital and hybrid platforms.

Elevation reflects regional growth

Bailey steps into the ECD role after serving as senior creative director, where she played a central role in expanding INVNT’s creative offering and shaping large-scale brand experiences across Asia-Pacific.

Her promotion comes as INVNT continues to invest in regional leadership and innovation-driven storytelling, particularly across experiential, entertainment and emerging technology-led work.

“Sarah brings an inspiring blend of empathy, creative courage, and fearless innovation to our team,” said Laura Roberts, managing director, APAC at INVNT. “Her expertise and leadership are helping redefine what creative excellence looks like in our region.

“As a female ECD at the helm of a diverse team, she’s championing fresh perspectives, new ideas, and new possibilities for the brands we partner with.”

Two decades of global creative experience

Bailey’s career spans more than 20 years across cultural programming, luxury hospitality, experiential strategy and digital innovation. Her work includes award-winning projects for global brands such as Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini and Emirates.

She has also been a key driver of INVNT’s expansion in Singapore, integrating arts, entertainment and emerging technologies into large-scale brand narratives.

“I’m passionate about using creativity as a force for connection and transformation,” Bailey said. “This is an exciting time for brands in APAC – audiences here are hungry for innovation, authenticity, and purpose.

“My goal is to help our clients tell stories that not only resonate but create positive cultural impact.”

Recognised as an industry “Women to Watch” in 2023 and named in multiple “40 under 40” lists, Bailey is also known for her commitment to mentoring emerging talent and building inclusive creative communities.
