Bluprintx, the Liverpool-based digital transformation consultancy backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired Australian Salesforce specialist Skie. The acquisition strengthens Bluprintx’s capabilities across Salesforce and AI, furthering its ambition to scale globally.
Established six years ago, Skie is recognised as one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the Asia-Pacific region. The consultancy has over 210 certifications and a team of 50, with particular expertise in deploying Salesforce’s Agentforce AI platform—more so than any firm outside the major global systems integrators.
The deal, completed in February 2025, follows Bluprintx’s acquisitions of IO Integration, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce. The acquisition was financed by ThinCats, which also extended a facility to support Bluprintx’s future geographic and service expansion.
Adam Troughear, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Skie, will join Bluprintx’s leadership team. His focus will be on shaping the consultancy’s global Salesforce strategy.
“Joining Bluprintx is an evolution of Skie’s high-performance growth journey,” said Troughear. “With Bluprintx, we can take our transformation journeys further. We can answer what’s next across the entire front office experience.”
Lee Hackett, Group CEO of Bluprintx, added: “Skie brings exceptional Salesforce capabilities, a brilliant leadership team, and a depth of experience that aligns perfectly with our broader strategy. This acquisition strengthens our position across APAC and adds new momentum to our goal of reaching £100 million in revenue.”
Bluprintx employs more than 200 staff across offices in Liverpool, Dallas, Sydney, Melbourne, Budapest, London, and Singapore. Its focus spans enterprise sales, marketing, and service transformations, underpinned by deep expertise in Adobe, Salesforce, and AI-driven technologies.
