Atomic 212° goes on a hiring spree after its record growth year
Three new roles and a Sydney GM on maternity cover follow a 27% rise that made it RECMA’s fastest-growing agency of 2025

Atomic 212° has appointed senior leaders in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, and Sydney. Three of the roles are newly created. The agency says the hires follow new business wins and a 27% rise that saw RECMA name it Australia’s fastest-growing media agency in 2025.
Molly Lodge joins as Head of Client Service, Adelaide. She follows Tess Brandenburg, who was recently appointed Head of Client Service across Brisbane and Darwin. The agency created both positions, citing continued growth and new business wins.
Two senior moves in Sydney
In Sydney, Sam Bremner takes the newly created role of Digital Lead, NSW.
Pete Roins joins as Sydney General Manager on maternity cover. The move takes him back to Publicis Groupe, where he previously worked at Spark Foundry and Zenith in Australia.
Growth behind the hires
RECMA ranked Atomic 212° as Australia’s fastest-growing media agency in 2025. It recorded a 27% increase, which the agency says was the strongest rise among agencies of comparable size.
CEO Rory Heffernan said the business had gained traction with clients.
“It’s great to see our teams expanding. We’ve built real momentum across the business, driven by the trust of our clients, new business wins and the strength of our people. As we grow, it’s important that we continue to invest in talent that will create the leadership platform and capability our people and clients need,” Heffernan said.
