Omnicom dismantles Marketforce in WA restructure
Marketforce shifts its creative, digital and production teams and clients to 303 under its new Western Australian model.

Marketforce’s creative business will move to Attivo Group’s integrated agency 303 under a new operating model for Omnicom’s Western Australian operations.
The deal will see 303 acquire Marketforce’s creative, digital and production capabilities, with the agency’s people, clients and work transitioning across.
Marketforce will continue providing specialist non-campaign media services to existing clients but will no longer operate as a full-service agency.
Omnicom appoints first WA CEO
Marketforce CEO Adam Marshall has been appointed Omnicom Oceania’s first WA CEO.
In the newly created role, Marshall will lead Omnicom Oceania’s wholly owned operations and growth in the state, connecting its media, technology, data and consulting capabilities. He will also work with 303 as the group’s creative partner in WA.
Marketforce’s broader media and technology capabilities will sit within Omnicom Oceania businesses including OMD and Credera.
Omnicom Oceania CEO Nick Garrett said the restructure would build on Marketforce’s five-decade history in the state.

“Marketforce has played an important role in the WA business community for more than 50 years and has helped shape generations of talent, client relationships and creative work in the state.
“This transition builds on that legacy by keeping teams, clients and capability together wherever possible, while creating an even stronger platform for their future through 303.”
Marketforce capabilities move to 303
The transition brings together two agencies with longstanding links. Founded more than 30 years ago, 303 was established by former Marketforce leaders.
Attivo Group ANZ CEO Sue Squillace said the agencies shared a commitment to the Western Australian market.
“As Omnicom’s creative partner in Western Australia, we have a shared commitment to the WA market. Bringing Marketforce’s creative capabilities into 303 builds on that relationship while bringing together two businesses with deep roles in WA. Our priority is to provide continuity for clients and Marketforce’s talented people.”
Marshall said the move was designed to keep Marketforce’s teams and client knowledge together.
“Marketforce has been part of the fabric of WA for more than five decades. It has been a privilege to lead the business and work alongside the people who have built that legacy.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for our WA operations, and our focus has been on providing continuity for clients and creating the best possible outcome for our people. Moving our creative capabilities to 303 allows teams and client knowledge to stay together while becoming part of a broader integrated client offering.”
