The Voice has continued its streak of being the top entertainment program in the total TV ratings after registering 1,358,000, up 23% on its overnight viewership. The episode saw Keith Urban and Guy Sebastian officially close their teams as part of the blind audition phase.

Lego Masters was the #2 entertainment program with 1,112,000 (up 29%) as the teams had 10 hours to complete a spooky-themed build. 

MasterChef Australia was the top program for 10 with 779,000 (up 24%). The episode featured a mystery box from Shannon Bennett

Seven has managed to edge out Nine to claim the win for Tuesday night. The broadcaster had a primary share of 19.8% and a network share of 28.0% which were both #1 in the categories. With The Voice not airing last night, Seven launched its second concurrent tentpole program in Big Brother, which had 487,000 viewers. The episode saw Reggie, Tim, Dave and Estelle return to the show as housemates and given the power to send one of the nominated housemates home, but chose for no one to leave the house. The show was #1 in the 18-49 key demo.

Earlier in the night, Home and Away kicked off its week with a strong 531,000 tuning in, making it the top primetime entertainment program on Seven.

On Nine, Lego Masters was the #1 primetime non-news program with an audience of 556,000 and was also #1 in the 16-39 key demo. The episode saw the teams challenged to build what their vision of the future is, but seen through the view of a window frame. Viewership was down on last Monday’s 615,000.
Later, Australia Behind Bars had 186,000 viewers.

On 10, The Project had 233,000 (6:30pm) and 391,000 (7:00pm) as the show discussed the fallout of the leadership debate. MasterChef Australia then followed and was the top program for 10 with 532,000 viewers, up on last week’s 466,000 viewers. The episode featured the alphabet mystery box.

The ABC had a strong primary share last night of 14.5%, this was led by solid viewership for 7.30 (584,000), Australian Story (625,000), Four Corners (524,000), and Media Watch (453,000). 

The top non-news program on SBS was 24 Hours in Emergency with 140,000 viewers.
