Sarah Abo is an accomplished woman.
The Syrian-born presenter is a journalist, a co-host on Nine’s Today show, and a reporter on 60 Minutes.
Extraordinary. Let’s acknowledge that upfront.
Now, Abo has also become a pregnancy fashion icon (and no, this isn’t a sponsored post, I just like to acknowledge a woman who’s smashing it.)
I don’t just “wake up with Today,” as the show’s tag line goes. I wake up with Sarah Abo, because, until I see her every morning, this is what I look like:

That’s also a visual representation of my soul at 6:45am.
Abo has always been a stunner, but her smile and charm has been especially exuded while she’s got a bun in the oven. Watching her so happy, knowing she faced challenges to get to this point, is a real joy to see.
But it’s her pregnancy outfits (or ‘fits as the kids call it these days) that make me want to be a better person.
I’m not the competitive or envious type, but I have to admit: I have never wanted to be Sarah Abo – or pregnant – more.
Yes, the mum-to-be has access to the wardrobe, hair and makeup departments. One could even argue it’s part of her job to look fresh and fabulous.
But Abo’s looks are so next level cool, colourful and flattering, they must be acknowledged. Every morning I think approvingly, “Nice one, Saz.”

I’m not the only one who’s a big fan of Abo’s pregnancy ‘fits.
Comments on Instagram posts of her posing in one stylish look after another show that viewers are loving them, too. I’m including some of them here lest I appear like a stalker.
-“Sarah, you’re glowing” x 1000.
-“Truly beautiful, Sarah. Australia is with you.”
-“You are glowing and growing and it’s wonderful to see.”
-“Love seeing you every morning.”
-“You make my mornings.”
Finally, this one is my favourite look of hers:
