The event features Sweet Tooth’s iconic ice cream truck, handing out free ice cream and offering a chance to win prizes valued at over $30,000, including PlayStation®5 consoles, Sony BRAVIA TVs, headphones, and more.

Sweet Tooth rolls into North Bondi and beyond

On Saturday, August 2, from 11am to 2pm, the ice cream truck will be at North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club.

Visitors can enjoy a themed dessert and spin a prize wheel with guaranteed giveaways every minute. Major prizes include Sony BRAVIA TVs, PlayStation®5 consoles, wireless headphones, PlayStation®Plus Deluxe 12 Month Memberships, Twisted Metal merchandise, and double passes to the 2025 NRL Grand Final.

Later that evening, from 6pm to 9pm, Sweet Tooth will visit the Paddy’s Night Food Markets & Show N Shine auto show at Paddy’s Flemington Undercover Carpark.

Stan’s marketing approach and series overview

Michelle Chandran, Acting Marketing Director at Stan, said: “Twisted Metal is chaotic, cult, and completely over-the-top, and that kind of unapologetic storytelling is exactly what we love to champion at Stan. By bringing Sweet Tooth to life, we’re tapping into the legacy of one of PlayStation®’s most iconic franchises in a way that feels fun, disruptive, and fan-first. It’s a great example of how we’re continuing to permeate culture with campaigns that feel as bold and entertaining as the stories we’re telling on screen.”

Twisted Metal stars Anthony Mackie (Captain America: Brave New World) and Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine). The show is a high-octane action comedy created by Michael Jonathan Smith (Cobra Kai), based on an original concept by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Deadpool, Zombieland).

The new season follows John and Quiet as they enter the deadly Twisted Metal tournament, facing dangerous opponents including Sweet Tooth. John also reconnects with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.

Twisted Metal returns July 31 on Stan, with new episodes released weekly. For updates and event details, check Stan’s social media channels.
