Independent culture consultancy REALMS and digital agency SEEN have launched Find, a social search offering that helps brands turn customer questions into content and channel strategies.

The service combines SEEN’s data, media, and performance expertise with REALMS’ cultural and creative strategy, with a live dashboard that tracks activity. It is already working with its first brand clients.

For marketers, the offering aims to address a gap between knowing whether a brand appears in social searches and understanding what customers want from the answers.

Turning questions into content plans

Find uses a four-stage process - Diagnose, Define, Plan and Measure - to identify priority customer questions, assess brand and competitor visibility, and map opportunities to build relevance.

At the centre is the Content Realm, a framework developed for each priority customer question. It defines what a brand should create, where it should appear and which voices it should work with to improve discoverability.

REALMS co-founders Rhian Mason and Elly Brand said the approach draws on established marketing principles as discovery habits change.

“Everything about how people discover brands is changing, but the fundamentals of good marketing haven't. It's still about understanding people, what they care about, who they trust and what influences their decisions.”

They said search behaviour can also reveal broader cultural signals.

“We see social search as a window into culture. The questions people ask, the language they use and the people they turn to reveal so much more than search intent. They give us clues about what's happening in people's lives and what matters to them.”

Discoverability beyond Google

SEEN founder Lachlan Gill said Find was developed to give marketing and creative teams greater visibility into how brands appear across social platforms.

“Your customers are already searching for you on social platforms, but we realised most brands just can’t see how they’re showing up. The key shift is that discoverability has moved beyond Google and Find aims to solve that for marketing and creative teams.

“We find the questions your customers are asking, show you who’s answering them on each social platform and turn the opportunities into a plan you can track. It’s how we blend search intelligence with cultural strategy to compound discoverability over time.”

The launch brings together REALMS’ work across social, earned media, creators, content and partnerships with SEEN’s capabilities across data, search, media, creative and technology.

For Mason and Brand, the objective extends beyond securing an appearance in search results.

“It's about more than being found. It's about giving people a reason to find you.”
