Palladium Insight has made two senior appointments as it accelerates growth across APAC and expands its footprint into Australia.
The New Zealand-based consultancy has appointed Ian Bellerby as Head of Brand Tracking & Comms and Josh Thomas-Goodey as Director.
Founding Partner comments
Bellerby’s appointment marks Palladium’s first senior hire on the ground in Australia, signalling a key step in its regional expansion strategy.
Founding Partner Richard Hall said the hires reflect the agency’s focus on scaling its presence across key markets.
“This next phase… is about establishing a more meaningful footprint on the ground in new markets and driving sustained international expansion,” he said.
Bellerby’s past experiences
Bellerby brings nearly 20 years of experience, having previously worked at Millward Brown and Fiftyfive5.
At Palladium, he will lead the agency’s brand and communications tracking offering while driving growth in Australia.
“There is a real opportunity to bring a more forward-thinking approach to brand and communications tracking,” Bellerby said.
Thomas-Goodey’s past experiences
Thomas-Goodey joins as Director, bringing more than two decades of experience across qualitative and quantitative research in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Based in New Zealand, he will focus on expanding Palladium’s qualitative capability and strengthening its presence in the government sector.
“Clients are looking for sharper, more decisive insight… and I’m looking forward to scaling our qualitative offering,” he said.
Both hires are effective immediately.
