Opus Agency hires Sarah Peacock as Head of Marketing APAC

Peacock adds more than 20 years of experience across professional services, digital platforms and membership organisations.

Opus Agency APAC, formerly The Company We Keep, has appointed Sarah Peacock as Head of Marketing APAC.

Peacock will report to EVP APAC Nigel Ruffell and lead the agency’s regional marketing strategy, brand positioning and integrated marketing initiatives across the APAC market.

Building a stronger growth engine

Ruffell said the appointment signals Opus Agency’s commitment to scaling its presence across the region, supported by its global network.

“As we enter our next global phase, investing in senior marketing leadership is critical. We are building a stronger growth engine for the region, backed by the scale of our global network,” Ruffell said.

“Sarah combines deep transformation experience with hands-on marketing leadership. She understands how to build brands that drive measurable impact and that will be central to how we position Opus Agency in this market.”

Peacock’s past experiences

Peacock brings more than 20 years of experience across professional services, digital platforms and membership organisations.

She previously served as GM Customer and Member Engagement at Business Australia, where she led a significant brand, strategy and technology transformation.

Earlier roles include CMO of TrueLocal and Skip, as well as National Digital Marketing Leader at PwC Australia.

Over the past three years, Peacock has worked with start-ups and scale-ups on marketing, growth and transformation strategies, including advisory work with an AI platform. She is also a 2017 Scholar of The Marketing Academy.

Peacock said Opus Agency is at a pivotal moment in the region.
