Nova named AUSIFY’s commercial radio partner
November campaign puts local artists across Nova shows, creator playlists and digital channels to drive music discovery.

NOVA Entertainment has been named AUSIFY’s official commercial radio partner for AusMusic Month, with a November campaign spanning radio programming, podcasts, creator playlists and digital content.
Working with media agency Involved Media, Nova will promote Australian artists across its shows and platforms as part of the Music Australia initiative, which encourages audiences to discover local music, attend gigs and support Australian musicians.
Australian artists across the schedule
Selected new and emerging Australian songs will feature across Nova FM throughout November. Programming will include an all-Australian music edition of Fitzy, Wippa & Kate, artist spotlights on The Joel Creasey Show and a month-long AUSIFY presence on The Maddy Rowe Show.
Nova Network and Nova Podcasts creators will also curate Australian music playlists for AUSIFY’s streaming accounts.
The campaign extends to Nova’s digital and social channels, including content spotlighting Australian artists who have performed for Nova’s Red Room.
NOVA Network group programming director Brendan Taylor said the partnership builds on the network’s support for local talent.
“Australian music has always been an important part of what we do at NOVA, from the artists we play to the incredible talent we’ve welcomed into Nova’s Red Room. Our partnership with AUSIFY builds on that commitment, drawing on the reach of NOVA's shows, creators and platforms to champion local artists, drive discovery and encourage more Australians to get behind Australian music.”

Turning discovery into a connection
Music Australia director Millie Millgate said radio’s role in introducing audiences to local artists made Nova a natural partner.
“Radio plays a powerful role in music discovery, particularly for local artists. Trusted curators can introduce audiences to new Australian music they might never have found otherwise and turn that discovery into a lasting connection. NOVA was an obvious partner for AUSIFY, helping more Australians discover local music and encouraging them to be loud and proud in their Public Displays of AUSIFY.”
Music Australia, which sits within Creative Australia, developed AUSIFY to grow audiences for Australian music across genres.
Involved Media general manager and head of strategy Dan Hojnik said the campaign’s integration across Nova’s programming and talent was central to its approach.
“Strategically, NOVA’s audience was the perfect fit for AUSIFY. Beyond that, NOVA has worked as a true partner from day one. The team has woven AUSIFY into its shows, talent, podcasts and social channels so it feels like part of NOVA, not a placement on it. That kind of integration is what turns a campaign into a movement, and it’s helped amplify Public Displays of AUSIFY well beyond the airwaves.”
The partnership runs throughout November, with creator playlists available through AUSIFY’s streaming accounts and campaign activity across Nova’s broadcast, digital and social platforms.
