The Australian media and advertising community is mourning the loss of Kat Droulers, Queensland sales director – ad sales at Paramount Australia, who has passed away.
Droulers spent close to three decades in the industry and was widely regarded as a generous, grounded and inspiring leader. She was known for her ability to build genuine relationships, turning business partnerships into lasting friendships built on trust and authenticity.
Her intelligence, industry knowledge and warmth made her a role model for colleagues across the sector. She was renowned for sharing her time and experience with emerging talent, mentoring with generosity and respect.
