Dancing With The Stars: All Stars is waltzing its way to Channel 7 and 7plus after Easter.

In a newly released first look at what’s to come, returning fan favourites – including five champions and four wildcard entrants – prepare to dance their hearts out for the mirror ball trophy.

The stars, the costumes, the drama, some amazing flashbacks to seasons past and – of course – the dancing are back in the two-week special event.

Dancing With The Stars: All Stars will see the return of original hosts Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger, plus the original judges Helen Richey, Todd McKenney, Paul Mercurio, and Mark Wilson.

The stars taking to the dancefloor are Ada Nicodemou, Bec Hewitt, Erin McNaught, Fifi Box, Jamie Durie, Kyly Clarke, Luke Jacobz, Lincoln Lewis, Manu Feildel and Tom Williams.

Competing alongside the returning all stars will be wildcard entrants Jessica Gomes, Matty Johnson, Renee Bargh, and Schapelle Corby.

The last celebrity standing will take home the Dancing With The Stars trophy, claim boasting rights and earn prizemoney for their nominated charity.

The show is set to return to its original home this year, last airing on Channel Seven five years ago. Seven hosted the show from 2004 through to 2016, before 10 announced they would run a revived version of the show in 2019 hosted by Grant Denyer and Amanda Keller.

10 ran two seasons of the show but in October 2020 they announced the revived series would not return in 2021.

In December 2020, Seven announced that they had re-gained the rights to the Dancing With The Stars format and that they would be bringing the show back with an All-Stars edition this year. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this series of the show won’t be filmed live.

Seven Network programming director, Angus Ross, said: “This unmissable television event is sure to capture the heart of Australia, putting just the right amount of nostalgia on a brand new stage.

“We’ve assembled a cracking cast of winners, finalists, fan favourites and fascinating wildcards who are all ready to tear up the floor. We can’t wait.”
