Born Creators has announced the appointment of Fadi Saad as Chief Growth Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
With more than 30 years of leadership portfolio, Saad brings expertise across network management, strategy, business acceleration, and communications within global agency networks under WPP and Omnicom Holdings.
According to the company, Saad has delivered growth for clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, helping both private and public sector organisations enhance brand equity and business performance.
Strengthening strategic leadership
Born Creators CEO Rony Chiha said Saad’s appointment represents a major milestone for the company as it strengthens its position in the regional communications industry.

A career built on innovation and impact
Saad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut, as well as a Diploma in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Beyond his executive career, he serves on several boards dedicated to advancing marketing excellence and strategic communications in the region.
