Carat Perth updates three client leadership promotions

The appointments follow recent senior promotions of Geoff Langton and Sophie Park.

Carat Perth has announced three promotions across its client leadership team.

Strengthening government client leadership

Emily Whyte has been promoted to Client Director, WA Government, following strong client feedback and her leadership across the Department of the Premier and Cabinet portfolio.

Her remit includes one of the agency’s most complex accounts, and she also played a key role in Carat’s successful pitch for the Department of Health in December 2025.

Recognising rising talent

Morgan Hopkins has been promoted to Senior Client Manager, reflecting her work across the WA Police account and broader WA Government portfolio.

Her ability to navigate complex challenges and build strong relationships with both clients and media partners has positioned her as a key member of the team.

Ashlee Rattray has been promoted to Client Manager, recognising her impact across major clients including Cash Converters and Lotterywest, as well as her role in leading the launch of the West Coast Eagles’ recent brand campaign.

Investing in future leaders

Michelle Testa, Client Partner at Carat Perth, said the promotions highlight the agency’s commitment to developing talent.

“Emily, Morgan and Ashlee embody the calibre of people who make Carat what it is. Their promotions are a direct result of the trust they’ve built with clients, the quality of their work and the leadership they show every day.”

The promotions mark a continued focus on building depth within Carat Perth’s client leadership team as the agency looks to support growth across key government and commercial accounts.
