More and Tangerine appoint Matt Raso as head of brand and content
More and Tangerine have appointed Matt Raso to a newly created brand leadership role focused on growth and storytelling.

Australian telco brands More and Tangerine have appointed Matt Raso as Head of Brand and Content, creating a new role as the business strengthens its brand, content and creative strategy across both brands.
Raso, who commenced in the role in March 2026, will oversee brand strategy, brand management, creative direction and execution across PR, social media and content. The position spans strategic development and hands-on delivery across campaigns, channels and customer touchpoints.
New role to lead brand strategy
Raso joins with more than 20 years' experience across brand, design, content and creative leadership roles on both the client and agency sides.
Most recently, he was Head of Brand and Creative at specialist agency This Friday, where he worked with founders and leadership teams to translate brand positioning into practical brand systems for professional services firms.
Raso said the opportunity to shape two distinct brands within the telecommunications sector was a major attraction.
“More and Tangerine each have clear roles to play in the market and a real opportunity to be distinctive in a competitive category,” Raso said.
“I’m excited to bring together brand, content and creativity to build clear narratives, practical brand systems and integrated work that supports growth and meaningfully connects with customers.”

“Matt brings a rare combination of strategic brand thinking and delivery expertise,” said Rick Van Emmerick.
“His experience building brands from the inside, leading teams and developing practical systems will be invaluable as we continue to evolve both the More and Tangerine brands.”
