WPP appoints Jessica Farrell as ANZ Chief People Officer
Farrell will focus will be attracting, developing and retaining talent, building a high-performance culture, and supporting the group's growth in the region.

WPP has appointed Jessica Farrell as Chief People Officer for Australia and New Zealand, effective November 2nd, 2026.
Farrell has more than 20 years of experience in people and culture roles across Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK and Ireland.
She has held senior roles at Nike, Virgin Active and Red Bull, and most recently led People & Culture for Publicis Groupe Australia. Over nine years at Publicis, she helped shape the group's people strategy, culture and talent agenda across the region.
In the new role, Farrell will lead WPP's people strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Her focus will be attracting, developing and retaining talent, building a high-performance culture and supporting the group's growth in the region.

Elsewhere in WPP, Jon Cook is set to leave WPP after three decades at VML, with Eric Campbell replacing him as the agency’s global CEO in March 2027.
Cook will remain as global CEO of VML and CEO of WPP Creative through March to oversee the handover. Campbell will also retain his role as CEO of WPP Creative North America.
