Season 2 of Such Brave Girls premieres on Stan in Australia on 4 July 2025.
Created by and starring Kat Sadler, the BAFTA-winning British sitcom continues its darkly comedic exploration of a dysfunctional family navigating mental health, debt, and complex relationships.
Sadler portrays Josie, with her real-life sister Lizzie Davidson as Billie, and Louise Brealey as their mother, Deb. The six-episode season is directed by Simon Bird and produced by Various Artists Ltd in association with A24

Week 2 (July 7-13)
On 10 July 2025, Stan will feature two notable releases from filmmaker Rian Johnson.
The first is the Season 2 finale of Poker Face, titled “The End of the Road.” This episode of the show, created by Rian Johnson, concludes the 12-part season, continuing the story of Charlie Cale (Natasha Lyonne), a human lie detector navigating a series of mysteries across the United States.
The second release is Johnson‘s 2012 science fiction film Looper, starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, and Emily Blunt. The film explores a future where time travel is used by criminal syndicates, and assassins known as “loopers” eliminate targets sent from the future.

Twisted Metal returns for its second season on Stan starting July 31, launching with a triple-episode premiere followed by weekly Thursday releases.
Adapted from the PlayStation game series, this post-apocalyptic action comedy continues the journey of John Doe (Anthony Mackie) and Quiet (Stephanie Beatriz) as they enter the perilous Twisted Metal tournament, orchestrated by the enigmatic Calypso (Anthony Carrigan).
The series features the menacing Sweet Tooth, portrayed physically by former AEW World Champion Samoa Joe, with voice work by Will Arnett.
Season two introduces new characters, including vigilante Dollface, and expands the universe established in the first season. Produced by the creative minds behind Deadpool and Zombieland, the series offers a blend of dark humor and high-octane action.
