The 2025 Ampol Women’s State of Origin Game II will be broadcast exclusively live and free on Channel 9HD and 9Now this Thursday, May 15, from 7.30pm AEST, as New South Wales seeks to clinch the series against Queensland.
With a 1-0 lead, the NSW Blues have a chance to secure a rare series win at Allianz Stadium in Sydney, reversing last year’s result where they lost the series despite winning Game I. A Queensland victory would send the series to a decider, preserving their undefeated streak since the Origin expanded to multiple games.
The match will feature some of the standout players in the NRLW, including NSW’s outside backs Jaime Chapman, Isabelle Kelly and Jess Sergis. Queensland counters with experienced players such as Ali Brigginshaw and Tamika Upton.
Nine’s Wide World of Sports coverage will be led by host Emma Lawrence and include commentary from Millie Elliott, Allana Ferguson, Phil Gould, Johnathan Thurston, and Brad Fittler.
Peter Psaltis will call the match with Marlee Silva reporting from the sideline.

Ahead of the game, “NRLWrap” will air on Wednesday, May 14, on Channel 9 and 9Now.
The program will feature Emma Lawrence, Millie Elliott, Allana Ferguson, Lauren Brown, NSW coach John Strange, and content creator Lavender Baj.
