Ticketmaster launches new app with personalised event discovery
A new Watchlist, smarter search and personalised discovery aim to help fans find live events before they miss out again.

Ticketmaster has launched a redesigned mobile app across 21 global markets, adding new personalisation and discovery tools to help fans find live events before they miss them.
The update, available on iOS and Android, introduces a new Watchlist alongside an upgraded Favourites tool, smarter search, location switching and a redesigned Home screen.
Ticketmaster said the changes address a gap in event discovery, with around 40% of fans saying they missed an event because they didn't know it was happening.
A more personalised Home
The redesigned Home screen now surfaces events through categories including For You, Trending and Last Minute, with recommendations tailored to individual users.
The new Watchlist allows fans to track upcoming ticket sales and event updates in one place, while the updated Favourites feature lets users follow preferred artists, teams and performers.
Ticketmaster has also upgraded its native search function and added location switching, allowing users to browse events in other destinations while travelling.
The app's visual update includes high-contrast displays, Dark Mode and additional native display controls.

Ticketmaster targets the discovery gap
Ticketmaster global president Saumil Mehta said fan feedback shaped the redesign.
“Too many fans first hear about a great show after it’s happened,” Mehta said.
“That insight, and what we’ve heard directly from fans, has shaped this app update. It’s the beginning of a broader effort to build more fan-inspired experiences that make discovering, following and enjoying live events feel more personal every step of the way.”
The updated app is available to many users across 21 markets, with Ticketmaster saying broader access will follow.
The company said the app forms part of a wider push to personalise its fan experience, from discovering events to tracking presales and ticket releases.
