The new entity includes stations 2GB in Sydney, 3AW in Melbourne, 4BC in Brisbane and 6PR in Perth.
Fordham will join on 1 May, returning to the company after 12 months at Amazon.
The brief was not simply about a new name; it was about defining what the business would become next.
The change, of course, is pending completion of the Laundy Family’s acquisition.
