Fremantle has appointed Sharon Levy as CEO of Fremantle Americas & Australia, overseeing its production operations in Australia, the United States and Mexico.

Levy joins from Banijay, where she served as CEO of Endemol Shine North America. She will begin in mid-January 2027, reporting to Fremantle group CEO Jennifer Mullin, and join the company’s global leadership team.

Based in Los Angeles, Levy will take on regional responsibilities Mullin previously held.

Responsibility across three markets

Levy will oversee Fremantle’s production labels, customer relationships, talent partnerships, creative development, production slate and intellectual property across the three markets.

Fremantle said the appointment was part of its global growth strategy.

Her experience, leadership and entrepreneurial mindset make her the ideal person to lead our businesses across the Americas and Australia as we continue to accelerate our growth ambitions. I look forward to working closely with her during this exciting time for Fremantle.”
