Kent Small, popular radio host on KIIS FM, has spoken out about the outrageous body shaming on one of his recent Instagram posts.

Smallzy, as he's affectionately known in Australia, mentioned that he'd shared video of a red carpet moment with American producer Ryan Seacrest, and was floored by the comments on the post.

This morning on his show, Smallzy said, "The other week when we were in Vegas, I did the interview with Ryan Seacrest.

“There's currently 4000 comments. I'm not going to pretend it didn't bother me.

"Over the course of the next three or four days, I kept getting notifications.

“I want to read some of the comments out, because this is the internet in 2026.”

Smallzy then read a number of posts, including:

“Is that a corpse?”

“Is this a UNICEF ad?”

“Why do these two look like they are dying?”

“Bring back masculine men.”

“Ozempic brothers.”

Smallzy said, “I thought I looked really good in the video!”

He also joked, “I have had my issues with being fat over the years, so keep bringing it!”

After reading more comments, Smallzy said, "I don't think either one of us looks unhealthy.

“But I want people to know that what you think is funny, you might be trying to be clever, or even if you're intentionally being mean, there's a real human reading those comments on the other end.”

He added that he's “strong” and has a “thick skin” after a career in the public eye, but others may not.

“So just think about what you put on the internet.”
