Mike E & Emma have joined LiSTNR and on DAB+ with a new breakfast radio show on radio station RnB FRIDAYS.

While the show’s title suggests it’s Friday-only, it is in fact a daily program Monday to Friday show from 7 am – 10 am and will begin Monday, February 28.

The duo, Mike Etheridge and Emma Chow, will entertain audiences with their trademark nothing-off-limits, honest show every weekday with the hottest Hip-Hop and RnB music their fans love.

RnB FRIDAYS, made famous on the Hit Network which evolved into unforgettable nation-wide stadium tours that brought some of the globe’s biggest RnB artists to Australia, is now its own 24/7 channel on LiSTNR and DAB+ with a live national weekday breakfast show.

Ahead of their new debut, the duo said: “We’re thrilled to be joining the LiSTNR family to host a breakfast show live on RnB FRIDAYS Radio! We love the fun, feel and passion for music that this music genre presents.

“We can’t wait to wake up every day with our listeners and bring back the show they love, with the music they can’t hear anywhere else, all day every day.

“It’s a big task to launch a national breakfast show on LiSTNR, but we’re excited to be part of this new era in the future of broadcasting. We know our existing loyal listeners will love it, and we can’t wait to reach even more listeners around Australia.”

SCA chief content officer, Dave Cameron, said: “LiSTNR is continuing to drive the digital audio pace in Australia as not only the country’s biggest audio content creator of on-demand and broadcast content, but innovative live exclusive programming across sport, news and entertainment.

“To continue to lead this innovation, we’re hugely excited to launch the Mike E & Emma live national breakfast show exclusive to our new RNB Fridays Radio channel on LiSTNR and DAB+.

“Mike E & Emma have a large national following from their many years broadcasting together, and we know their passionate and loyal listeners, particularly in the Sydney market, have been demanding their return.

“It’s the perfect established show matched with the perfect established music brand to continue to drive new audiences to LiSTNR,” he added.

Last year, Mike E & Emma left The Edge’s breakfast show after 11 years on air.
