A brilliant result for the station just two days after the content goldmine that was the One Last Game match organised by breakfast host Christian O’Connell. He does a great job of creating events that deliver content streams before, during and after. This time it was a football match between listeners and AFL legends. O’Connell with Jack and Pats saw breakfast share grow 1.4 to 8.9% keeping them well ahead of Fox in #1 position and making it nine straight FM survey wins. Across the day the numbers elsewhere at Gold surged – morning up 2.9 to 12.6% and afternoon 3.0 to 13.99%. Drive also did well, holding top spot FM with share up 2.6 to 10.4%.
