Mediahub appoints Kim Dolengowski as head of strategy
The strategist joins Mediahub's leadership team to drive integrated thinking across clients and agency teams.

Mediahub has appointed strategist Kim Dolengowski as its new Head of Strategy, strengthening the agency's leadership team as it looks to deepen its integrated offering across media, brand and creative services.
Dolengowski joins Mediahub's senior leadership team and will oversee the agency's strategic direction across its client portfolio. She will also work closely with 303 Mediahub in Perth and sister agency 303 in Sydney to strengthen collaboration across the wider group.
The appointment comes as Mediahub continues to invest in senior strategic talent amid growing demand from brands for integrated media, creative and cultural thinking.
More than 15 years of strategy experience
Dolengowski brings more than 15 years of experience across Australia and the United States, having held senior strategy roles within global agency networks including Omnicom and IPG. Most recently, she worked at Goanna Academy, where she helped develop the brand strategy and creative platform for mental health initiative Stick With It.
Her client experience spans brands including Coca-Cola, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Opella, Mercedes-Benz, Spotify, H&M and American Express.
Mediahub ANZ CEO Sue Squillace said Dolengowski's approach to strategy and collaboration made her a standout candidate.

Focus on integrated thinking
Dolengowski said the agency's culture and focus on collaboration were key factors in her decision to join.

The appointment takes effect immediately. Dolengowski succeeds Linda Fagerlund, who has relocated to New York to take up a senior strategy role with Initiative NYC.
Squillace also acknowledged Fagerlund's contribution to the business.
