The Sydney Morning Herald’s David Crowe reports the royal has taken his fight with the UK press back to court, accusing sections of the tabloid media of crossing legal lines in their coverage of his life and his family.

The case centres on The Daily Mail, with Harry joined by figures including Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, alleging tactics such as phone hacking were used to gather stories

The publisher, Associated Newspapers, denies any wrongdoing.
