Domain taps Aisling Finch to lead marketing after CoStar deal

Aisling Finch has been appointed Vice President Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer of Domain, following the completion of CoStar Group’s acquisition of Domain Group.

She will be responsible for Domain’s integrated marketing strategy, brand positioning and consumer experience across domain.com.au, commercialrealestate.com.au and allhomes.com.au.

Finch brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and technology, including 13 years at Google across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Marketing for Google Australia & New Zealand, leading growth and engagement across core platforms including Search, Android, Pixel, YouTube and Google Ads.

Finch was been named in the CMO50 list of Australia’s top marketing leaders four times between 2020 and 2023. She served more than five years as a Board Director at the Australian Association of National Advertisers and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Her experience spans strategy, product growth, brand, and media, with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes across both B2C and B2B sectors.

Finch’s appointment signals Domain’s plans to accelerate its brand and marketing capabilities as it joins CoStar Group, with a focus on strengthening its position in the digital property sector in line with CoStar’s global expansion.
