Bastion has named Sharon Adams as its new Head of Operations, based in Melbourne, as the agency looks to sharpen its operating model amid continued expansion of its integrated offering locally and globally.
Adams brings more than two decades of experience in agency operations to the role, having previously held senior positions at Plus Also Studios (Howatson+Co), CHEP Network, and Clemenger BBDO.
Her background spans creative, production, and digital environments, with expertise in workflow optimisation, resource management, and integrated delivery.
Building for scale
Bastion Group CEO Cheuk Chiang said the hire reflects the agency’s investment in infrastructure ahead of its next growth phase.

In her new role, Adams will work alongside Bastion’s leadership team to improve operational efficiency, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and evolve the agency’s integrated model.
