All-star lineup of presenters to host Farm to Fork season four

Acclaimed chef Louis Tikaram joins as host alongside Michael Weldon and Courtney Roulston

Created by content creation and distribution group Dual Entertainment, season four of cooking program Farm to Fork is heading to Network 10 from Monday, November 7 at 4pm.

Joining an all-star line-up of presenters is globally renowned chef Louis Tikaram, who will co-host alongside 2022 MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites and 2011 MasterChef Australia Runner-up contestant Michael Weldon and former MasterChef Australia 2010 contestant Courtney Roulston.

Tikaram has sharpened his skills (and knives) at globally renowned restaurants stretching from Barcelona to New York.

Previously, Tikaram ran the kitchen in one of West Hollywood’s most anticipated restaurants E.P. & L.P. Having now been lured back to Australia, Tikaram currently sits as head chef at Stanley, a Cantonese restaurant at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves.

Season four of Farm to Fork will be jam-packed with 90 episodes, across 18 weeks, showcasing over 250 recipes throughout the season.

Highlighting destinations from around the country, the hosts will show audiences what to cook and how to cook it, and will focus on how to source the best, freshest, and most affordable local produce to cook with.

Coles Supermarket returns for a fourth season as a leading brand ambassador, along with partners Rabobank, Squeaky Gate, Jalna, Red Tractor, Mr Chen’s, Patak’s and Montague.

Louis Tikaram said, “I’m thrilled to be joining season four of Farm to Fork alongside my incredibly talented co-hosts in Michael and Courtney. Not only do we get to explore our amazingly diverse home country, we also have the privilege of showcasing the myriad of delicious recipes that can be created from in season fresh ingredients, grown right in our backyard.

“Having grown up on a farm I have huge respect for farmers and producers, and it is a privilege to showcase the quality of produce that we have at our fingertips throughout our country and using this produce as the foundation to create amazing dishes that viewers at home can cook themselves and enjoy. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have in store for this season.”

Co-Founder of Dual Entertainment, Darren Anderson said: “We are delighted to be working with Network 10 and our key partners of Coles, Rabobank, Squeaky Gate, Jalna, Red Tractor, Mr Chen’s, Patak’s and Montague for Season 4 of Farm to Fork.
