“We are thrilled to be working with such a renowned brand in commercial real estate”

ADMATIC has announced it has been appointed to lead digital media strategy, planning, and buying for CBRE Australia.

Following a competitive pitch, the independent media agency has been appointed to manage brand and acquisition campaigns during a period of digital transformation and media revitalisation for CBRE.

This appointment adds to the ADMATIC-CBRE relationship, with ADMATIC having managed CBRE NZ Property and Brand Marketing campaigns since late 2019.

CBRE is a leader in commercial real estate services and investments. The company leads in services, insights and data that span every dimension of the commercial property industry, creating solutions for clients of every size, in every sector and across every geography.

Sarah Melrose, ADMATIC managing partner, said: “We are thrilled to be working with such a renowned brand in commercial real estate and we’re honoured to be working with the leader of the industry.

“Increasingly we’re seeing opportunities to partner with brands looking for greater agency collaboration, audience insight and digital innovation. Brands like CBRE are looking to ADMATIC for that ‘big agency’ value but with the degree of service and care that is experienced in the independent agency environment,” Melrose added.

The CBRE Australia win comes after a successful string of competitive pitch wins in the past half year including international aid organisation Caritas Australia, as well as adding CROWN Asia Pacific to its’ digital media remit in the long standing ADMATIC-CROWN ANZ relationship..

ADMATIC’s appointment to lead the CBRE Australia media account is effective immediately.

Earlier this year, Melrose penned an opinion piece for Mediaweek for International Women’s Day on the ways women can all help themselves and other females push towards leadership positions and empowerment in the industry.
