Neil Chenoweth and Edmund Tadros from The Australian Financial Review were big winners this year

Named after the trailblazing indigenous journalist Les Kennedy, the Kennedy Awards were initially conceived in 2011 to recognise excellence in journalism in the state of NSW.

The 2023 Kennedy Awards winners were announced at a function in Sydney on Friday night.

The awards were hosted this year by Tara Brown and Mark Burrows.
