Total TV Ratings, June 4

ABC’s Father Brown topped the total TV ratings for non-news programs, bringing in 766,000 viewers and rising by 14%.

ABC also claimed the #2 spot with Call The Midwife, reaching a total TV audience of 608,000 and experiencing a lift of 27%.

Nine’s viewing of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom increased by 16% to reach 498,000 people.

Overnight TV Ratings, June 11

Seven has won the Saturday network shares with 33.3%, followed by Nine with 26.8%. Seven also won the primary channel share with 22.0%, while 7mate took out the multichannel win with 5.6%.

St Kilda went head to head with Brisbane on Seven’s AFL: Saturday Night Football, pulling in an audience of 347,000. 185,000 Melbournians tuned in to watch the Lions take a 21-point lead to win 10.18 (78) to 8.9 (57).

On Nine, an episode of Getaway was the network’s top program, reaching 300,000 people. 2008 romantic musical comedy Mamma Mia! also aired, pulling in an audience of 193,000.

Season four of The Good Karma Hospital premiered on ABC and was the night’s most-watched entertainment program. The medical drama series centres around a disillusioned doctor, Ruby Walker, played by Amrita Acharia, who heads for South India in hopes of making a fresh start.

An episode of The Dog House was 10’s top entertainment program, pulling in an audience of 183,000.

SBS played a repeat of Secrets of the Tower of London, which reached 97,000 people.

Fox League has claimed the top three spots on subscription TV. The Roosters v Storm match clocked 277,000 views, as Storm won 26-18 at the SCG. 269,000 people tuned in to watch the Broncos defeat the Raiders 24-18. NRL Super Saturday clocked 225,000 views.

Over on Fox Footy, the Brisbane v St Kilda game brought in 208,000 viewers, while Fremantle v Hawthorn clocked 207,000 views.
