Total TV Ratings, February 14

Married at First Sight (MAFS) continues to dominate the total TV ratings with 1.763m viewers, an increase of 53%. The episode saw the start of Intimacy Week.

On Seven, Home and Away was the top non-news program for Seven with 1.019m (up 24%), the top segment in the Winter Olympics was the night session with 847,000.

Australian Survivor had 844,000 up 35%.

Nine was the top primary channel last night with a share of 22.8%, the success of its primary channel also helped Nine pick up the win for the top network as well with an overall share of 30.6%.

This bumper result was once again thanks to Married at First Sight (MAFS) which was the #1 entertainment program with 823,000 viewers. MAFS was also #1 in all key demos. The episode saw the intruders arrive as the first two sets of new brides and grooms walk down the aisle.

La Brea followed with 300,000.

On Seven, Home and Away had 542,000 viewers as the Aussie soap continues to perform well in the 7:00pm slot for Seven. This was followed by the season premiere of SAS Australia with 467,000. This was down on last year’s season launch of 647,000.

The show got off to a fiery start, literally, as the recruits were set on fire and tasked with holding their focus before sprinting into the nearby water. All the star recruits survived the first episode. 

On 10, The Project had 478,000 from 7:00pm as the program covered Australia opening up to all international travel.

Australian Survivor then had 479,000 viewers as Mick Crocker was sent home with an idol in his pocket. This was down on last week’s episode which had 496,000.

On the ABC, Back Roads had 545,000 as it took viewers to Longford in Tasmania. Four Corners then followed with 402,000 as the show covered the debate over wild brumbies.

The top non-news program on SBS was Heritage Rescue with 160,000 viewers.
