Wallabies v Wales kicks off at 5:00 am AEST, 25 September on Stan Sport and Nine

After their loss to Fiji, the Wallabies face a must-win game against Wales. The match will be shown live on Stan Sport and Channel Nine on September 25 with coverage starting at 4:15 am and kickoff at 5:00 am.

To keep their quarter-final hopes alive, the Wallabies are set to face Wales who haven’t lost yet in 2023’s World Cup.

Wales backrower Aaron Wainwright said: “I’m very excited to be playing the Wallabies again. To get the win against them at the last World Cup was a massive boost for us and helped us to progress in the competition,” he said.

“We want to do the same again in Lyon. We know they are going to be hurting after the defeat to Fiji, but we want to go at them at the set piece because we feel we can get some gains there.”

Nine’s commentary team of rugby union stars and experts led by Michael Atkinson and Nick McArdle will include Wallabies legends Tim HoranMat RogersJustin HarrisonJames HorwillMorgan Turinui and Stephen Hoiles.
