Fashion’s most glamorous event is back for another jaw-dropping year.
The 2025 Met Gala will once again transform New York City’s iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art into the world’s most-watched runway, as stars from across the globe gather to showcase bold, beautiful, and unforgettable fashion moments.
Live From E!: The Met Gala 2025 will air in Australia at 5.30pm on Tuesday, May 6 exclusively on 7Bravo and 7plus, delivering unmatched access to the red carpet arrivals and behind-the-scenes buzz.
The live broadcast will feature exclusive interviews, first looks at celebrity outfits, and commentary from a dynamic lineup of hosts, including fashion expert Zanna Roberts Rassi, NBC Sports host Maria Taylor, journalist Elaine Welteroth, actress and comedian Yvonne Orji, and designer Christian Siriano.
Viewers will be treated to insider details on the year’s most anticipated fashion event, from look inspirations to unexpected moments as the stars step out from iconic NYC hotels like The Mark, The Carlyle, and The Pierre.
On the ground at the Met Museum itself, Access Hollywood co-host Zuri Hall will deliver live interviews from the famous steps, catching up with the biggest names in fashion as they make their grand entrances.
This year’s theme, ‘Superfine: Tailoring Black Style’, celebrates the richness of Black fashion and its global influence. With a dress code titled ‘Tailored for You’, the 2025 Gala draws from Monica L. Miller’s groundbreaking 2009 book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity. Expect a heavy emphasis on sharp tailoring, elevated menswear, and a celebration of individuality in fashion expression.
Throughout the broadcast, E! will spotlight the work of Black designers, stylists, and cultural icons who continue to shape the fashion landscape.
Among the A-list names expected to attend: Zendaya, Doechii, Law Roach, Sha’Carri Richardson, Ayo Edebiri, Spike Lee, Angel Reese, Janelle Monaé, Usher, and Simone Biles with husband Jonathan Owens.
Live From E!: The Met Gala 2025 is produced by Den of Thieves, with Jesse Ignjatovic, Evan Prager, and Barb Bialkowski serving as executive producers.
