Sunday Gravy strengthens leadership with Sarah Raine

Independent agency Sunday Gravy has appointed Sarah Raine as Managing Director, marking a significant addition to the senior leadership team as the business continues its growth trajectory.

Her career spans Publicis Mojo, FCB and CHE Proximity, as well as serving as Bullfrog’s first General Manager before taking on senior roles at Special Melbourne and Cummins and Partners.

Co founder of Sunday Gravy Ant White said the agency is thrilled to welcome Raine into the business.

A leader known for growth, creativity and team culture

Raine has worked across major commercial and government clients, delivering creative and commercial results for brands including Lion Nathan, UNICEF, McCain, Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora, PAK’nSAVE, Michael Hill, AIA Insurance, MYER one and the Shift20 Initiative.

Her work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D and AD, Effies, AFR’s Most Innovative Companies and WARC’s global effectiveness rankings.

Known for her people-first leadership style, she has built teams, shaped agency culture and led clients through periods of transformation and change.

Raine also brings community impact experience, recently joining the Board of Dress for Success Victoria to help support women entering or re-entering the workforce.
