Independent media agency Hatched has appointed Louise Noble to the newly created role of Client Partner, joining the agency’s Melbourne branch.
Noble will lead Hatched’s work on APT Travel Group following the agency’s appointment to the business in July after a competitive pitch.
She will head up the newly formed account team servicing APT’s stable of brands, which includes APT Luxury Travel, Travelmarvel, Captain’s Choice, Botanica, Antarctica Flights and TravelGlo.
She will also oversee the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, which Hatched began working with in July 2024.
Noble brings more than 25 years of agency experience, having worked with major brands including L’Oreal, Mondelez and Miele. She joins Hatched from Carat, where she served as Client Services Director.
Moving from a holding company to an independent agency for the first time, Noble brings experience across large global accounts as well as smaller local businesses.
She is also known for her commitment to developing emerging talent, having supported the MFA leadership program and MFA foundations training as an agency representative.
Commenting on the appointment, Hatched CEO Stephen Fisher said: “Client partnership sits right at the heart of what we do. Lou’s reputation is second to none, and we’ve already seen the amazing impact she has had on our team and our clients.
“We’re over the moon to have someone with Lou’s depth of experience join the Hatched family. She’s helping us build new ways of working and stronger foundations for a long-lasting relationship with our newest client,” he said.
Noble added: “I am thrilled to join the talented team at Hatched and to be working with APT Travel Group. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to work with great brands and great people who believe in goodness and growth.”
This hiring move and the APT Travel Group win follow a period of expansion for Hatched.
Recent additions to the client roster include Chobani, Gippsland Dairy, Key Pharmaceuticals, Yellow Tail Wines and MCo Beauty across the Melbourne and Sydney offices.
