With just days to go until the final decisions, Farmer Wants A Wife delivered one of its most emotional episodes yet, packed with romantic highs, awkward misses, and surprise twists as the farmers’ families stepped in to help decide who gets a coveted final solo date.
Clarette wins Thomas’ heart
For Farmer Thomas, the decision may be all but made.
He whisked Clarette away to the pristine beaches of South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula for a deeply personal solo date, including a surprise video message from her friends and family in the UK.
Tears flowed as Clarette opened up about how much the gesture meant: “I feel like he just needs to say those words, and it will open a floodgate of everything,” she said.
Thomas even took her to meet his Uncle Tom, a key family figure, hinting that Clarette may already have his heart.
Corey and Chloe’s dreamy date backfires at family dinner
Farmer Corey and Chloe shared what she called the “perfect date” – an underground caving adventure capped off with a surprise dinner and a red gown gifted by Corey himself.
But things took a sharp turn when it came time to meet Corey’s mum.
Asked about tensions in the house, Chloe didn’t hold back: “I think Keeley’s quite a jealous person. It can be really hard coming back into the house with that kind of energy.”
The honesty may have cost her. In a surprise move, Corey’s mother chose Keeley, not Chloe, for the final 24-hour solo date.
Keeley was thrilled: “I got the mates and the family, so I just need Corey now!”

An awkward kiss sinks Jack and Hayley’s spark
In Tasmania, Farmer Jack treated Hayley to a day out at Cradle Mountain’s wildlife sanctuary, followed by a romantic barn setup for dinner.
But when Hayley leaned in for a kiss, Jack hesitated, sipping his beer instead and offering a quick kiss on the cheek.
“If he wants to kiss me, he will,” Hayley said, trying to stay hopeful. “I’m okay for it not to be tonight… it can be another time.”
Later, Jack’s family stepped in to help with his decision, and after meeting the remaining women, his dad chose Olivia for the final solo date.
That move devastated Sarah, who’s still holding out hope. “It’s so much alone time they get to spend together, so it is worrisome,” she said.
